Our speakeasy-inspired bar overlooks the Puget Sound and Seattle region from inside the thirty-fifth floor Observatory. It features an intriguing and fun menu offering local favorites and craft cocktails with a pinch of Prohibition that pays homage to Smith Tower's rum-running roots and Chinese Room history.

Barrel-Aging Program

Elevate your favorite drinks to a new level with Smith Tower's in-house barrel-aged liquors. From a traditional Old Fashioned or Manhattan, to other favorites on rotation, such as signature Port of New York or Antiquado d'Menta, barrel-aging adds a new depth of flavor to any cocktail in a one-to-two month process. Our charred oak barrels are carefully curated to influence flavors from one batch to the next and ensure that no two barrel-aged cocktails are the same!

The spirit of Seattle's original skyscraper shines through. Experience fascinating exhibits and a 360-degree view from the Observatory that includes an outdoor deck and a speakeasy-style bar featuring classic cocktails, fresh local oysters, and other shareable plates of goodness.
