roasting expertise and a deep connection to Seattle’s culture. Since 1995,
Caffe Vita has been sourcing beans directly from farmers, roasting in-house,
and helping shape the city's independent coffee scene.
This new location offers more than just your daily caffeine fix. Alongside their signature coffee drinks, you’ll find a menu designed to surprise and delight—featuring rotating seasonal offerings, locally sourced beer and wine, and a few unexpected additions, like butter boards built to share. Whether you’re meeting a friend, taking a break, or fueling up before heading to the Observatory, it’s a space designed for connection and care.
