Smith Tower has had many colorful characters pass through its halls throughout the years, but we would go so far as to include the halls themselves on that character list. Rich with charm, unique decor, and vintage flair, our versatile event spaces adapt to your every need so that you can put on a memorable event that will be the talk of the town, just the town you’ll look out on from up to 35 floors in the air.
Lookout Lounge (Interior Only)
Our Lookout Lounge is a sophisticated, spacious interior that is as replete with amenities as it is with unique decor. Ideal for small to mid-sized private gatherings, your guests will be treated to kitchen space, a seating area, and easy access to our classic Otis elevators.
Lookout Lounge (Deck Included)
Vintage charm is infused with modern amenities in our Lookout Lounge on the 22nd floor, featuring sleek marble countertops, minimalist design, and an open, airy ambiance. But by far the space’s most compelling feature is the adjoining rooftop deck with tables, chairs, couches, and firepits, creating an ideal space for relaxed get-togethers high on laid-back vibes.
The Florence Room
“Hidden gem” is an apt phrase. Tucked away on the 21st floor, with expansive windows that bathe the room in natural light, and complete with a full built-in bar, this 2,800-square foot room is ideal for mid-size meetings and social gatherings.
The Observatory
The crown jewel of the Smith Tower Visitor Experience, our Observatory & Bar is the bee’s knees and the cat’s pajamas all in one. Immerse yourself in the history, intrigue, and stories of the Prohibition era, all while toasting with the very thing the rum runners of that era sought to provide. Add in our full-service bar and observation deck with stunning 360-degree views of Downtown Seattle and Elliott Bay, and you’ve got all the ingredients of an event to remember.

Located on the first floor of Smith Tower, Caffe Vita’s comfortable ambiance and inviting space make for an ideal laid-back gathering for your group. Enjoy ample seating, bar space, and charming design with rich, warm tones.
