And that’s just what we have this spring at Smith Tower: barrels seasoned with port, filled with spirits, and aged to absolute perfection.

Once they’ve aged, we drain the liquor, and use it to craft fantastic and inventive cocktails.

As we’ve said before, cocktails are an art form. They can be just good, or they can be great.

It all depends on the process, and the care and attention used to make them.
