About Smith Tower
Opened on July 4, 1914, Smith Tower has served as a symbol of growth and prosperity in Seattle over the last 100 years. Located in the heart of Pioneer Square, this 42-story building was once the tallest west of the Mississippi, and remained the tallest building on the West Coast until the Space Needle was built in 1962. Today Smith Tower provides office and retail space for over 40 local companies, welcomes the general public to visit and host private events in the Chinese Room & Observation Deck, and is even home for one resident in the pyramid at the top of the building.
Any news media outlet that would like PDF or JPEG files of the winners in any of the individual categories can contact Cate Chase, Smith Tower Marketing & Relations, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 206.622.4004.
